We offer private sessions for individuals and families, plus referrals to licensed specialists when needed.

Session types

1) Counselling / Coaching (I/O Psychology)
Stress, confidence, performance blocks, habits, work–life balance, burnout, interview prep, public speaking. 50 minutes.

2) Clinical Psychology Consultation (by referral)
Depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, OCD, sleep concerns. Assessment and a care plan with a licensed Clinical Psychologist.

3) Child & Adolescent Psychology (by referral)
Behaviour, learning, attention, exam stress, parenting guidance with a licensed Child Psychologist.

4) Workplace & Team Wellbeing (for organizations)
Manager consults, team check-ins, talks and workshops on stress resilience and confidence at work.

5) Scent & Ritual Guidance (optional add-on)
Aromatherapy-inspired fragrance pairing and micro-rituals to support mood. Wellness guidance, not medical care.

What To Expect

Step 1: Send an inquiry
WhatsApp or email us with: your goal (stress/confidence/focus), preferred online or in-person, language (EN/UR), and 3 time slots.

Step 2: Fit & quote
We confirm the right service (I/O counselling/coaching, or referral) + fee, share a brief consent note.

Step 3: Intake form
You’ll complete a short form: main concern, recent triggers, work/study context, prior support, red flags (sleep/appetite, panic, self-harm thoughts), preferences, and emergency contact. This keeps your session focused.

Step 4: Book & confirm
Choose a slot (PKT). Pay deposit/full via bank/Easypaisa. You receive a calendar invite + video link (Google Meet/Zoom) or clinic map for in-person.

Step 5: 50-minute session

  • 0–5 min: settle in, goals for today

  • 5–15 min: brief assessment (patterns, triggers, strengths)

  • 15–35 min: tools & practice (CBT/ACT techniques, breathing 4-6, grounding, self-talk, habit design). Optional scent micro-ritual (e.g., calming floral or grounding wood).

  • 35–45 min: your 2–3 step plan (daily practice, checkpoints)

  • 45–50 min: Q&A, schedule follow-up

Step 6: After your session (within 24 hrs)
We send a 1-page plan:

  • Today’s insights (what’s driving the stress)

  • 2–3 practices (e.g., 4-6 breathing 2×/day, thought record, 10-min reset walk)

  • Optional fragrance guidance (calm/uplift/grounded notes)

  • If needed: referral to a Clinical or Child Psychologist (we facilitate the hand-off)

Step 7: Follow-up & progression

  • WhatsApp check-in at 48 hrs

  • Suggested cadence: 3–6 sessions for skill-building, then monthly check-ins

  • Quick wins reviewed at 7–10 days, adjust plan as needed

  • Cancellation: 24-hour notice (late/no-show may be charged)
